Gateway Community is actively helping hundreds of people through compassion

and outreach. There are many areas you are welcome to participate in missions

at home and abroad!

PROJECTED OUTREACH MINISTRIES FOR 2025-2026:

DOLLAR CLUB - Our congregation gives money all year to help people in need.

This vital ministry has assisted families with financial needs, medical issues and

surgeries, transportation difficulties, and in many other ways.

NEW VISION HARVEST CUP – This year we are partnering with a Nazarene church

in Jackson, Mississippi to help feed children and teens in their neighborhood. We

are helping monthly to stock the church’s food pantry.

LINKS – This program strategically connects Nazarene missionaries and Nazarene

churches through prayer, personal contact, and generous giving. Our missionaries

to pray for and encourage this year are Evans and Njeri Katanga who are serving

in Nigeria.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD – September-- November our church works

together to share God’s love to children around the world through gift boxes and

the gospel.

PRAYER EMPHASIS FOR THE PERSECUTED CHURCH – This is a month-long focus on

prayer for our brothers and sisters around the world who are being persecuted

for their faith.

COTTAGE COVE CHRISTMAS PROJECT – Cottage Cove is an organization that

provides free after-school care for at risk youth. “Christmas with Dignity” is a

one-day Christmas store where parents can get necessary items and toys for over

300 children. We are partnering with them this year by toy donation as well as

volunteer help to set up the store and welcome the families on December 13 th .

WINTER NEEDS FOR THE HOMELESS – Our congregation partners with Room in

the Inn to supply coats and needed items to help individuals stay warm during the

colder winter months.

WORK AND WITNESS – Our church often sends teams to mission areas around the world. 

PROJECT LIFE TN – Every year Gateway Community fills baby bottles with money

on Mother’s and Father’s Day to collect funds for this organization. The total is

sent to help assist women make healthy life choices for themselves and the future

of their unborn children.

ALABASTER OFFERING – This offering in February goes to help build churches,

schools, and medical facilities around the world so that others may be reached for

Christ.

WORLD EVANGELISM FUND – Each year our church budget apportions a

percentage of tithes and offerings for global missions through Nazarene Missions

International.
