Gateway Women

Whether we are gathering for game nights, sharing meals, our annual Christmas Trinket Exchange, caroling at the Assisted Living Center, crafting for VBS or packing care packages for college students, it is our joy in God that always makes it a fun time to gather and serve together. Our hope is that the women of Gateway will forge deep relationships with God and with one another, spilling over into our communities, to share the love of God. 

Women on Wednesdays is where we gather to share in one another’s life, pray for those in need, and celebrate the praises of God’s blessings. We have taken this weekly hour to open bible studies which can accommodate everyone’s season of life whether you desire a simple mid-week touch point or a deeper dive into scripture, the choice is up to you. 

Late February found us once again at Norris Lake for our annual Retreat, this year focusing on “Getting out of our Bubbles and into God’s Blessings”, led by speaker LaTan Murphy. Retreat is an opportunity for women to set aside time for themselves and focus on resting in Him. It is truly a great way to get to know other women in the church in a relaxed, casual environment.
